• ✦Personalised, customised, sale, and special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• ✦Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking. Details you share for a consultation (such as your birth details) are used only to provide your reading. Consultations are booked by appointment and are intended for guidance and self-reflection purposes only.
